Summary

Tic-tac-toe in a game of speed! The one with the fastest tap and the smartest brain wins!

Story

The rules are the same as in tic-tac-toe. Tap blocks to get them. The first player to get a block in any one row (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal) wins! Tap a block that has been taken once to get it back!
